IT IS EXPECTED THAT IF THE  PROJECT IS APPROVED THE APPLICANT WILL IMPLEMENT A PARKING  REDUCTION PURSUANT TO ALHAMBRA MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 23.52.060.  THE PROJECT SITE IS LOCATED IN THE PO (PROFESSIONAL OFFICE) ZONE.
